Netherlands: Press Release: Minister Zalm presents Dutch priorities during Ecofin meeting

On 5 July 2004 Minister Zalm chairs the first meeting of the Ecofin council since the start of the Dutch EU-presidency. At the meeting he presents the priorities for the next six months to his EU colleagues. Furthermore, the so-called convergence programmes of the new EU member states and the Italian and Greek budgetary situation is discussed
