New report sheds light on the link between skills and migration

The European Training Foundation (ETF), at a seminar in Rabat on 26 February 2013, announced the results of the largest study of migration in Morocco to date. The study, 'Migration and skills', was based on a survey of 2,600 potential emigrants and 1,400 former migrants, carried out in late 2012.

The purpose of the study was to contribute to the improvement of migration policies both in the EU and Morocco by providing high-quality data and analysis.
