The Communication New Skills for New Jobs: Anticipating and matching labour market and skills needs outlines an initial evaluation of the future needs of the EU with regard to skills and jobs up to 2020. 'New Skills for New Jobs' aims at improving our understanding of the skills challenge and the matching between workers' skills and the needs of the EU employment market.
