Nightmare scenario of Dutch referendum returns to haunt EU

Article suggests that the both the Dutch Freedom Party (PVV) of Geert Wilders and the opposition Socialist Party in The Netherlands might campaign for a referendum to be held in the country if the proposed changes to the EU Treaties are not to their satisfaction (although their objections are for different reasons).
