Nuclear safety chief says Brussels may undermine his role

Britain's chief nuclear safety inspector warned MPs in the House of Commons European Scrutiny Committee, 2 December 2003, that his position could be undermined by Brussels' plans to create a European regulatory body to monitor safety at nuclear power stations.
