Open Europe co-directors Stephen Booth and Raoul Ruparel give their initial assessment of the key lessons learnt from the 'EU Wargames', the simulated UK-EU negotiations hosted by Open Europe on the 25 January 2016.

The first session simulated the UK Prime Minister’s EU renegotiation and, the second session turned to the possible negotiations that would take place should the British electorate opt for Brexit. The assembled ‘players’, including former prime ministers and cabinet ministers, represented their countries or the EU institutions
