[Opinion]: EU watershed on criminal law poses questions for UK

From the 1 December 2014 EU justice and home affairs policies will be full EU policies. This feature from the head of Fair Trials International, a London-based NGO, argues for effective reform of the EU policies in this area, but not to pander to UK Euroscetic criticism of EU policies in this area.
