Parliament set for greater role in EU decision-making

EurActiv reports that new rules on relations between the European Parliament and the European Commission were overwhelmingly approved by the the EP's Constitutional Affairs Committee on the 5 October 2010, paving the way for MEPs to have more power in EU decision-making.
