The Finance Committee of the National Assembly for Wales published a report Preparations for replacing EU funding for Wales on the 24 September 2018.

The Committee’s inquiry focused on the preparations for replacing EU funding streams when the UK left the EU, and how replacement funding might be administered.

With Wales receiving £680 million per year from a range of EU funding streams, the Committee highlighted that securing suitable replacement funding was vital for Wales. Its report made a cross-party case for continued future funding for Wales
