At the Inter Regional Advisory Council Conference, 'Decision-Making in the Reform of the Common Fisheries Policy', which was held at the Merchant's Hall, Edinburgh, on 3-4 November 2009, the Scottish Fisheries Secretary, Richard Lochhead, said that immediate action was needed from Europe to eradicate the 'unacceptable practice' of dumping dead fish back into the sea. |
