The European Commission on 5 July 2005 approved a €6 200 000 aid scheme for producers of bergamot and oil of bergamot in Calabria, Italy. The approval was nevertheless subject to compliance with a number of conditions (technical adjustments to the rules on state aid), which the Italian authorities would have to meet within two months from the date of notification of the decision. |
