Danuta Hübner, Commissioner for Regional Policy, is in Latvia 24-25 September 2007 to give the keynote speech at a conference entitled: 'United by Borders' at the invitation of Mr Aigars Štokenbergs, Latvian Minister for Regional Development. Cross-border cooperation in the Baltic Sea countries and neighbouring Russia and Belarus are the topic of the conference, and about 400 participants are expected. |
