Press Release: Britain leads the way in Government use of the web, Minister tells EU leaders

Britain's public sector is leading the world in its use of technology, UK Cabinet Office Minister, Angela Smith, told the fifth European Ministerial E-Government Meeting in Malmo, Sweden on 18 December 2009. She also signed a declaration setting out the goals and objectives for Europe-wide IT issues over the next five years.
