Press Release: Commission approves new United Kingdom levy schemes for promotion and quality products

The European Commission has authorised levy schemes in the United Kingdom amounting to €911 million over the period 2008 to 2014 to provide technical support (knowledge transfer, training, benchmarking and best practice, general information and communications) and encourage the development of quality products.
