Press Release: Commission Autumn Economic Forecasts 2002 2004 for the euro area and the European Union

After the decline in economic activity in the last quarter of last year, the recovery in the euro area and the EU started in the first quarter of this year, but failed to accelerate subsequently according to the European Commission's Autumn economic forecasts published on 13 November 2002.
