Press Release: Commission clears joint purchase of Swedish and Swiss wood flooring makers Nybron and Bauwerk Parkett

On 7.8.00 the European Commission approved the acquisition of joint control by Nordic Capital and HIAG of the Swedish company Nybron and Bauwerk Parkett AG of Switzerland, both active in the manufacturing of wooden flooring products. The operation will not significantly alter the competitive structure of the market and, therefore, does not create competition concerns.
