The Commission has approved the proposed acquisition of the UK contract logistics provider, Tibbett & Britten Group plc, by the UK contract logistics and freight forwarding company, Exel plc by way of a public offer to purchase the shares. Although there are some overlaps in the activities of the two companies in the United Kingdom, the Commission has concluded that the transaction does not pose any competition concerns. |
