Press Release: Commission refers part of C3D bid for Go-Ahead to UK competition authorities, clears rest

The European Commission has decided to refer part of the proposed takeover by French company C3D and Rhône Capital LLC of the Go-Ahead Group Plc to the UK competition authorities. The referral concerns the passenger transport by bus in the south or south-west of London where the transaction threatens to create a dominant position. The Commission has decided to clear the rest of the transaction.
