The European Commission has decided to issue Reasoned Opinions (second warning letters) against Portugal and Finland for their failure to communicate national legislation to implement a 1998 Directive on dangerous substances. The Commission also decided to refer the Netherlands to the European Court of Justice for its failure to correctly implement a 1997 Directive on dangerous substances. |
