Press Release: Danuta Hübner encourages the Limousin region of France to intensify its efforts in the field of innovation

Danuta Hübner, Member of the European Commission responsible for regional policy, visited the Limousin region on 26 June, 2009. She met the Regional Prefect, Evelyne Ratte, the Regional President, Jean-Paul Denanot, and the Mayor of Limoges, Alain Rodet. She saw how the region has opted to channel European investment towards innovation, especially in the field of porcelain, where it has an established reputation.
