During the informal meeting on 21 November 2006 chaired by Hannes Manninen, Finnish Minister for Regional and Municipal Affairs, European Ministers for regional policy discussed with the Commission how an innovative approach towards Cohesion Policy by the public sector can lead to more innovation in the private sector. The Commissionner welcomed this initiative taken by the Finnish Presidency. |
