Press Release: DARD publishes mid-term evaluation of rural development measures supported by the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund 2000-2006

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for Northern Ireland (DARD), on 28 January 2004, published the findings of the mid-term evaluation of rural development measures supported by the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) 2000-2006. This independent evaluation was undertaken, on behalf of DARD, by the consultants DTZ Pieda Consulting and assessed progress against a set of evaluation questions, criteria and indicators common to all Member States across the EU.
