Employment ministers from 45 countries in Europe and Asia will tomorrow meet to discuss the social dimension of globalisation and global employment issues. The second Asia-Europe (ASEM) Labour and Employment Ministers Meeting (14-15 October 2008 in Bali, Indonesia) will contribute to broader cooperation between the two regions on improving living and working conditions. European Employment and Social Affairs Commissioner Vladimír Špidla will participate in the meeting. |
