Press Release: Environment: Commission takes Poland to Court over failings in end-of-life vehicles legislation

The European Commission decided on the 16 October 2014 to take Poland to the EU Court of Justice for failing to properly implement EU legislation on end-of-life vehicles (ELV). The Commission had concerns about Poland's implementation of the collection and recycling system required.
