Chinese regions are featured for the first time at the regional policy OPEN DAYS event which opens in Brussels on 8 October 2007. Chinese First Vice-Minister Du Ying from the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) will take part in a EU-China regional seminar with Danuta Hübner, Commissioner for Regional Policy, on 8 October. In addition, two workshops will gather politicians, experts, representatives of business, banking and civil society organisations from both sides. |
