The first round of negotiations with Latvia on future Structural Funds assistance will start in Riga on 9 September 2003. They will aim at finding an agreement on the Single Programming Document (SPD), the document containing the strategy and priorities for action under Objective 1 of the Structural Funds for the years 2004 to 2006. |
