In Brussels, on 27 June 2001, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Romania signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Trade Liberalisation and Facilitation. The initiative has been undertaken as part of the framework of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe. |
