Press Release: EU: Put a firm deadline to independent investigation in Uzbekistan: Letter to EU Member States’ Foreign Ministers

Letter calls for the European Union to suspend the Partnership and Co-operation (PCA) with Uzbekistan should the Uzbek government not agree to allow an independent, international inquiry into events surround the killing of hundreds of demonstrators by Uzbek security forces on 13 May 2005.
