The European Commission adopted two decisions on restructuring and conversion of vineyards in August 2002. The first makes an initial distribution of €443 million for action in the 2002/03 marketing year. The second reallocates the amount left over from the 2001/02 marketing year (€42 million out of the €422 million initially distributed) to Member States that have applied for additional funding |
