The results of the latest Eurobarometer survey on the euro carried out in October 2001have been published on 12 November 2001 showing that only 6% of euro-area citizens do not know the exact date of introduction of euro banknotes and coins. The number of citizens considering themselves well informed also continued to improve to 58 points (+3 points compared to the last surveyers). |
