The European Commission adopted its Annual Programme for Croatia on 10 June 2003. In 2003, within the Community Assistance for Reconstruction, Development and Stabilisation (CARDS) Programme, a total of €62 million will be spent in assisting Croatia in its reform and modernisation efforts
