Press Release: European Commission requests the denunciation of the bilateral Open sky agreements

In a declaration adopted on 20 November 2002, the European Commission sets out its analysis and reaction to the Court's judgements of 5th November in the open skies cases. The European Commission has requested that the Member States which have signed bilateral agreements in air transport with the United-States activate their provisions for denunciation.
