Press Release: European organisations and multinationals join forces to promote safe and healthy workplaces

Nine pan-European and multinational organisations signed up, in October 2008, to be part of the first wave of official partners of the Healthy Workplaces campaign during 2008-09. Organised by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA), the campaign focuses on the evaluation of health and safety risks and aims at reducing work-related accidents and illnesses. This will be the second year of the two year long Healthy Workplaces campaign, the first part being entitled 'the Healthy Workplace: Good for you - Good for business'.
