Press Release: Evaluation of the Financial Services Action Plan (FSAP): The Commission asks for comments

The European Commission on 7 November 2005 published Part I of its Financial Services Action Plan (FSAP) evaluation, the first step of an exhaustive analysis of the impact of FSAP. The first part of the exercise focused on the process of adoption of the measures put forward in the Action Plan. The European Commission opened a public consultation on the process of adoption, especially asking for views on general perception of the FSAP process, on consultation, on the Lamfalussy process and on lessons learned from the FSAP. The deadline for comments was 31 January 2006.
