	In talks with her EU partners on 2 February 2004, the Swiss Foreign Minister, Micheline Calmy-Rey, reiterated the Swiss position on the secound round of bilateral negotiations with the EU, which was that Switzerland would only accept a parallel and joint agreement in all dossiers.
