The European Commission has adopted a Communication setting out the path towards the creation of a Community Fisheries Control Agency (CFCA). The aim of this new agency would be to ensure a more effective use of EU and national means of fisheries inspection and surveillance, by pooling available resources within a joint inspection structure. |
