Press Release: Future of fisheries policy

The Scottish Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment, Richard Lochhead, on 4 March 2008, met the Norwegian Fisheries Minister, Helga Pedersen, in Oslo.
They discussed, among other things, alternatives to the Common Fisheries Policy, sustainable fishing practices and how the two Governments could work together in the future.
