Italy hosted a second follow up meeting to the Earth Observation Summit, in Baveno on 28-29 November 2003. The purpose of the meeting was to give direction to the continued development of a 10-year plan to implement a comprehensive, co-ordinated, and sustained Earth observation system or set of systems. |
