Press Release: Heads of State or Government meeting, Brussels, 5 November 2004

The Council of the European Union, meeting in Brussels on 5 November 2004 at the level of Heads of State or Government, and by common accord with Commission President-designate Barroso, adopted a Decision adopting an amended list of persons whom the Council intends to appoint as Members of the European Commission for the period from the date of appointment of the new Commission to 31 October 2009.
