Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) today (10.11.2009) met Massoud Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
High Representative Solana and Mr Barzani had an exchange of views on the latest developments in Iraq including preparations for the general elections to be held in January 2010.
