Press Release: Joint consultation on end-of-life vehicle regulations

The UK Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) issued a consultation paper, on 7 March 2003, seeking views on the draft regulations for certain provisions of the End-of-Life Vehicles (ELV) Directive. The Government previously consulted on the ELV Directive in August 2001. Deadline for responses: 6 June 2003.
