The Court explains the effect of the rules governing recognition by the Member States of judgments relating to insolvency proceedings. After the main insolvency proceedings have been opened in a Member State, the competent authorities of another Member State are, in principle, required to recognise and enforce all the judgments concerning those proceedings. |
