The European Commission on 20 October 2004 authorised € 48 million to be paid under a regional aid scheme to support an investment made by Total France in Gonfreville l'Orcher in the agglomeration of Le Havre. The project aims at fundamental changes in the production process of the refinery and would create around sixty additional jobs. |
