Press Release: Livestock breeding industry launches code of good practice for breeding farm animals in Europe

A code of good practice that was developed by the livestock breeding industry to ensure maximum openness and clarity about the practices used in farm animal breeding and reproduction, was presented on 2 March 2006 at the 'Salon d’Agriculture' in Paris, at the launch of the sustainable farm animal breeding and reproduction technology platform.
