The European Commission cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of Protac by Roxel, both of France. Both companies supply propulsion systems for guided weapons. After examining the transaction, the Commission concluded that it would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it. |
