The European Commission cleared on 7 April 2010 under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed creation of a joint venture by the German companies Bosch, Deutz and Eberspächer in the area of diesel exhaust after-treatment systems for mobile non-road machinery and special utility vehicles. After examining the operation, the Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it. |
