The European Commission on 26 January 2006 cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed creation of a joint venture between the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distributors Flaga of Austria and Progas of Germany, as well as a related transaction on the Austrian LPG market. The Commission concluded that the concentration would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it. |
