The European Commission approved under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of v. d. Linde Arzneitmittel GmbH (v.d. Linde) by Sanacorp Pharmahandel GmbH (Sanacorp), both wholesale distributors of pharmaceutical products in Germany. The Commission considers that the concentration would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it. |
