The European Commission cleared on 19 January 2010 under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of IT services company Affiliated Computer Services ("ACS") by Xerox Corporation, both of the US. The Commission concluded that the concentration would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it. |
