The European Commission approved under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of Italian vending machine manufacturer N&W Global Vending by the international investment companies Barclays Private Equity S.p.A and Investcorp Investment Holdings Ltd. The Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition within the European Economic Area (EEA) or a substantial part of it. |
